Each client books 1-2 hours appointment, tailored specifically for their needs. Each session is unique and can incorporate massage, discussion, and stretching. Clients can choose deeper or lighter massage, with oil or over clothing,, on the table, floor, or chair, overall or focused on specific problem areas, more or less coaching. Milica will suggest things you can do on your own.
